Make a homemade bird feeder to attract birds to your yard for the "Great Backyard Bird Count" (Feb 15-18). Share the time with the local 4-H Conservation Club and come away with a great winter project! Parents are welcome to stay and make a feeder, too. Call Bonnie Belak at 724-327-6885 to register, to make sure there are enough supplies for all.

EDITED: It is going to be too cold to do this at Pleasant Valley Park on Pleasant Valley Road. Therefore, WE WILL BE AT THE Murrysville Community Center.

There is no need to be a member of 4-H in order to participate in this free project. However we hope that kids ages 5 to 19 will enjoy this project enough to consider joining the 4-H Conservation Club in order to do more projects like this all year round.
