Join us at Shields Farm, off Route 66 in Delmont for a family oriented Festival, sponsored by the Delmont Apple 'N Arts Festival.
Supported by Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, SWPA Chapter 30723. Proceeds are distributed to all local non-profit organizations and church youth groups.
On Saturday morning, 10am we will have our first annual "Baby Apple Cheeks" contest for children from 6 months to 3 years.
The Apple Bake Contest will be on Sunday at noon. Applications for both contests available in local newspapers and businesses or call the number listed above.
The 9th annual non-denominational worship service will beat 11am Sunday.
Other attractions: Corned Beef and Curry Band, Katie Marie and tHis Cause; The Delmont Community Band; John Rhodes Polka Band, Stage Right Sensations, live broadcasts from WCNS 1480 AM Radio and much more.
Events for Children: Mr. Bill's Petting Zoo and pony rides; coloring contest sponsored by Dollar Bank Loan Center, Ronald McDonald, pumpkin painting and continuous entertainment in the Children's Tent. A baby changing area will be provided.
Fort Allen Antique Farm Equipment Association will press apples for cider, fresh apples for sale, grinding grain, antique machinery demonstrations and tractor pulls. There will be a drawing for a 1948 International BN Farmall Tractor or $1,000
