The event will be held at Panera Bread in Greensburg (300 Greengate Center Circle - Walmart Plaza) and will include a brief ribbon cutting and presentation of an official Westmoreland Chamber of Commerce member plaque.

Ellen Deslam Enterprises, Your Community Welcome Service, is owned and operated by local Greensburg resident and entrepreneur, Ellen Deslam. The welcome service will provide new Westmoreland County homeowners with a "Welcome Gift Container" that includes information about local businesses. The Welcome Gift is filled with brochures, small gifts, promotional items, coupons and more. Local businesses are encouraged to have information included for a minimal fee.
