Franklin Regional girls lacrosse earned its third consecutive section crown last week with a convincing 20-7 win over second place Latrobe.
It was the 29th straight section win for FR.
The Lady Panthers (11-5, 9-0) jumped out to a quick 3-0 lead in the first 1:12 with goals by Jillian Bonaroti and two by Lizzy Pavone.
But the Latrobe Wildcats responded with two of their own.
Bonaroti and Pavone each netted another before Latrobe answered to cut the lead to 5-3 with 15:33 remaining in the half.
The Lady Panthers then ran off seven of the next eight goals of the game to lead at halftime, 12-4.
FR goals were scored by Hillary Hagen (2), Pavone, Bonaroti, Manny Hill, Ali Bortot and Kayla Colaizzi.
The Lady Panthers continued to play in rhythm in the second half as Bortot, Abby Ondeck, Hagen and Pavone each scored to extend the lead to 17-4.
To finish out the game, Kara Jacobs had two markers along with one each for Bonaroti and Hill. Pavone chipped in with four assists to add to her five goals.
Kayla Platt scooped up five ground balls, and goalie Kristen Sandness recorded 11 saves and started multiple fast break opportunities.
The defense was anchored by Kak Segiel, Emily Byers, Grace Newman, Kelli Armstrong, Kelsey Barner and Ali Obradovich.
