Do you agree with the decision to deny Manor Development Group II's request to rezone 50 acres from residential to business?

I think we should find someone that CARES about Murrysville people, not people from somewhere else. Also, I would like to see more medical related businesses in that area, such as: Radiology, Urgent Care, Dialysis Center etc.
Wrong with this country. Have land, cover it with concrete. Developer is only looking into his own pocketbook. Has no obligations to the long term effects that come with depletion of good land and surounding areas that have the greatest effect on there children and enviornment.
Monroeville is covered with empty concrete buildings. Why bother to develop more natural land when exsisting conditions need to be improved at sites that this venue has gone thru many times before. Has nothing to do with needs development, Go out 100 miles from Export, they have room for development also. Export doesn't want the headache from money hungry developers who will only back mouth citizens of the community once they have a check in there pockets.
